Step 1 of 4 Contact & The Big Picture

These are the absolute basics we need to establish your brand history and exact industry.

What is the official, legal name of your business?

In what year was the business officially founded or started? (This is great for adding "Established in [Year]" to build trust on the site).

If you had to pick one specific category or industry for your business, what would it be? (e.g., "Luxury Hospitality," "E-commerce Pet Supplies," "B2B Software").

What is the main physical address of your headquarters or storefront? (Even if you are online-only, tell us the city and country you operate out of).

This tells us how the business actually runs day-to-day, which is crucial for setting up contact pages and booking systems.

What are your standard operating hours? (Include time zones if you deal with international customers).

How far does your service reach? (Do you only serve people in your specific city, nationwide, or globally?)

Roughly how big is your team or company right now? (Are you a solo founder, a small team of 5, or a large company with 50+ employees?)

What is the main public phone number? (And do you want people to be able to text or WhatsApp this number?)

Are there any key founders or team members who should have their names, faces, and a short bio featured on the website?

Does your business have a specific mission statement or a core "motto" that you live by?

This tells us the overall UI library style—minimalist, bold, or rustic.

If your business was a famous brand (like Apple, Nike, etc.), which one would it be and why?

Pick exactly 3 colors that represent your brand. What are they?

Should the text look serious and classic (serif) or modern, round, and friendly (sans-serif)?

Should the website feel "light and airy" or "dark mode and sleek"? (Sets the global background and contrast settings).

Defining the site structure and primary call-to-actions.
